Re: InfinityHub chat thread
hum, regarding what I said: he has more time for himself in his "cubicle" (his room in where he lives when he study) and I remember that he said that he has better internet in there than where he was before, his hometown. The other line, was me trying to tell something funny about coding. Regarding if there is bad internet or not, that question isn't directed to me XP.

Re: InfinityHub chat thread
Continuous internet indeed! Hah! Still, I'm only here for less than 3 days. Am here to settle the issue with my subject. Was dealing with it for the entire day today, and man it was exhausting (I was helping my brother with his college enrolment as well, and that involved a lot of running around and meeting a lot of new unknown faces).VicmxD wrote:Yep, every culture has its ups and downs, and there is beauty (and disasters) in it XD, welcome back to continuous internet!, get comfy and have a cup of coffee japo =P.
At least there's some positive note regarding my subject now. It may very well be available if things go on smoothly.
It does make my blog crumble, and a lot too. That is, if you've seen how my blog was when it was under construction. It was basically... a nightmare...Oh coding time! it may make the internet crumble! (or give you hours of long lines with patterns of characters, the good side is that there will be coffee making you company!)
It depends on the location actually. My hometown is a small, peaceful, and quaint town. We usually get very bad connection there, even if you're paying a lot for it. Things are getting better now but the area that I'm staying has one of the worst connections around town.brandon_g wrote:Is the internet bad in malayasia?
And then again, getting more MBs for our speed means a lot of money too. Data is very expensive still in my country.
Edit: Since I don't wanna double post... I've just added a whole bunch of new onion smilies to our smilies arsenal. Check some of em out.
Woots! Now I'm thinking of changing the original FM smilies cause I want em to be a bit more HD, and funnier if possible.

Edit. Woot!!! New ONIONS! I was waiting for more XP I miss some of the ones that where in animeosts, and you added some functions to add stuff in the posts =o. quite good

I only have one brother, and you've even talked to him, in case you've never knew.
Edit: I was looking for them on Google. Found a good place to gather em and so they've moved in. And wait, new functions? Which one do you mean?

I don't understand what is O levels =o; Hum, I liked Quincy, well you may know what kind of thing I would say, that he pushes and try harder with the best he has, then he can enter where he wants or where he can with what he has. what an active day then =P

Re: InfinityHub chat thread
O Levels is the public exam for high school (or secondary) education. It's taken before one enters college for pre-university education. There was a bit of trouble with his results so it wasn't easy to just get him enrolled for the course he wanted.

Re: InfinityHub chat thread
Sorry bout yesterday. Was packing up to get ready to leave my cubical. Just got back to my hometown, again.
My subject's got some positive outlook but I can't be sure till they call me in these two days. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed till then. It'll be a pain to resolve the problem if the current method fails but I'm told it's quite unlikely.
As for my brother, he can probably enrol but not without conditions, which is better than nothing.
And Bran, I checked on Wiki for the book you said. It's described to be quite educational, but seems to have been interpreted very distinctively by different people.
*smacks Prancey's unicorn, strong enough to spin his head, hoping that he would somehow utter a sound

Re: InfinityHub chat thread
Yeah it is a widely disputed book because it depicts major issues with meat packing industry and problems immigrants faced in the beginging of the 20th century (early 1900's). It was written by a socialist and is really just a bunch of articles he wrote for a socialist newspaper that was put together into a book later on.

Now that's what I call school, discussing ideas and problems even if it's in the past. My high school would just stuff problems and their solutions into our little brains and hope that we remember them till our public exam is over.

Re: InfinityHub chat thread
Interesting indeed, that is in the domain of sociology XP, how society treated the situation of the immigrants, their integration in the system (in the reigning capitalism), alienation, exploitation, etc... then I suppose there is the discussion of social and worker rights, and segregation from society in some cases and clash of cultures, then they adapt to this different, liberal culture and crime rises! there aren't the cultural laws they had before and act as they see fit inside new limits and bringing too some inner cultural values. (I over did it, this is more than what should be in the book and at the same time too disperse and not accurate).
Then it's easy for you to travel in there XD, I would be tired of changing rooms every time, not knowing where I just woke up, you just travel with some little essentials then. Well it will all go ok then, good luck!.

I'm sure you don't want your senpai to be gentle...
skim read a little over the lines and you should know what you have missed while I played with your body.
(maybe it's time for some friend's fiction?)
